EnviroTech Conference 2025

In March, Carbon4Minerals' partner, Heidelberg Materials, participated in the EnviroTech Conference and Exhibition 2025 in Athens, organized by World Cement. The event gathered experts, industry professionals, and stakeholders to share the latest updates in the cement industry's decarbonization efforts.

At the conference, Nicolas Pato from Heidelberg Materials presented a key milestone for the Carbon4Minerals project—the first enforced carbonation reaction system in Poland was erected and is soon to be operational. This new system will reduce the need for virgin raw materials, capture CO₂ and create supplementary cementitious materials, pushing the cement industry closer to circularity.

EnviroTech 2025 featured three days of technical presentations, expert-led panel discussions, Q&A sessions, networking events, and an exhibition. The event highlighted the technologies and partnerships shaping a low-carbon future, and Carbon4Minerals is proud to be part of that movement.
